Day 11 - Thursday 27 October
We were well looked after at the rink in Wausau today. We played two games, with lunch in between, broomstacking after, followed by dinner and entertainment.
In the US the term 'broomstacking' is commonly used for the socialising and drinking after a game.
Dinner was delicious, with the highlight being us making our own dessert; our America friends showed us how to make s'mores at our tables. We sang our songs and did our dance but they then trumped us with their own entertainment - a skit about curling's true origins being from Wisconsin, not Scotland as the rest of the world believes!
